This project is to collate information about the good work that is being done in this country and around the world by ordinary people. I sincerely believe that every area should have a Residents Association and indeed many have been around for several years. Such groups are greatly needed to provide people with a strong voice in their locality and encourage community cohesion.
Living peaceably with our neighbours, dealing with authorities, crime and looking after our homes if we are fortunate enough to have one, and surrounding areas is stressful enough so guidelines, good examples and inspiration as to how to live better can only be good for everyone. This ezine-type website is part of this project and for more information please read our About Us page.
There is the idea that it would take at least a thousand years to create Paradise but I know that this work has already started in areas around the world and like a jigsaw, the pieces are only just beginning to come together. How quickly this happens really depends on you and me, and whether we really do want to live in peace and prosperity on this earth.
I'm constantly searching for other organisations via the internet and media with complementary ideas and I'll be uploading articles and information as I make more contacts. You will be able to see these below. I am not associated with any political party or religious organisation but am passionate about learning to live by Universal Laws and encouraging people to live together in harmony. If you would like me to visit your group or organisation as a Speaker, please email me.
Meanwhile, we would also like to encourage you to communicate with us with your views, your residents association and its work in your community as well as your problems and look forward to hearing from you with your enquiries and feedback.

Sam Garton graduated from Derby University in 2005 with a BA Hons in illustration. He now spends pretty much every spare minute he has on illustration of one type or another. His current obsession is with otters, and in particular one little character he's been working on for a while..
Otter is an innocent little thing who lives with Otter Keeper, and Teddy (her loyal companion who more often than not takes the blame when things go wrong). The stories are aimed at children and adults alike. Otter's world is a confusing little place for her, and while children will empathise with some of her naivety, adults can chuckle along with Otter Keeper's frustrations at her simplistic views on life.
