Federation Of Private Residents' Associations

A  voluntary organisation providing advice and information for subscribing residents' associations and collectively owned freehold blocks of flats in England & Wales.  Next year is the Federation's 40th anniversary having been advising leasehold Residents Association's since 1971.  As part of that celebration we will be involved in two events the first of there kind aimed at voluntary committee members of Residents Associations who run their own blocks.  The web-site is simple and free to any block that that joins the FPRA.

Information pack on how to form a residents association and publishes 'Guide on managing a block of flats' and 'Guide on buying freehold and extending leases'.  The FPRA also produce a booklet available from our web-site http://www.fpra.org.uk about how to set up and run your residents association and shows the benefits of leaseholders working together.
